Something I am really into right now is sandals paired with tights. I love the contrast. It seems rather off putting perhaps to the people in Cincinnati but I don't care. I am sure a lot of what I wear isn't Cincinnati approved. Anyway like everything this look was first seen on Kate Moss, really though if you look back far enough you will see Jem rocked this look in the 80's. I think fashion rules are dumb and I like making a point of breaking them.
here is my take...

I miss your blog updates! :) I also had no idea you are from Cincinnati! I live in Akron, and am thinking about moving in the Spring. Cincinnati was on my list of possibilities... Although I'm rather confused about the neighborhood structure and just want to find some hipster place where I can fit in. heh
xo
I am sort of a new comer to Cincinnati myself. I moved here from New York two years ago and am still trying to find my place. I like Cincinnati, although most of the fashion you see day to day is rather "dormish".
I love your outfit, it's classic but still modern. the perfect combination.
I saw your feature on another blog and had to follow you! I love your style!
this blog is so lovely. i love it. =D
mens point of view: 90% of us love tights, they are powerfull, sexy, atractive. besides, high heel sandals alone looks good, the combo is amazing. Definetly you will steal attention.
Very cute outfit. You look like Alexa Chung!
if jem can do it then we all should.. you look fantastic! the sandals are too good (where from?!) and love the long blazer. you are a QT for sure.

I agree with coco. The shorts and blazer remind me of Alexa Chung. Love it.
i love the way you matched black tights with beige sandals!
I love your take! It's so fresh yet classic. (I really like the wooden door, too.)
I love your blog!
I also love tights and sandals. It's the only way you can wear your fave sandals without freezing your toes off here in Japan atm!
Love your take on it too, very chic!
